Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
